Step 1: Notice of Marriage

Submit a written notice to the Marriage Registrar or Church authorities. The notice is published for 14 days to allow for any legal objections from the public or family members.

Step 2: Documentation Preparation

• CNICs of both bride and groom (original + copies)

• Baptism certificates (if applicable for both parties)

• Passport-sized photographs (4 each)

• Affidavit of bachelorhood (for previously unmarried individuals)

• Divorce decree or death certificate (if widowed/divorced)

• Parental consent affidavits (if either party is under 21)

Step 3: Solemnization Ceremony

Conducted by an authorized priest or marriage registrar in a church or registry office. Two witnesses must be present and sign the marriage record. The ceremony includes vows, exchange of rings, and signing of marriage register.

Step 4: Registration & Certificate Issuance

Submit signed marriage documents to the local Union Council or marriage registrar. Obtain the official legal marriage certificate recognized by all government authorities. This certificate must be stamped and signed by the registering authority.

Step 5: NADRA Update

Register the marriage with NADRA to update CNIC marital status. This step is crucial for all future legal processes including passport applications, inheritance claims, and international travel.

Step 1: Digital Document Submission

Submit scanned copies of all required documents including passports/CNICs, baptism certificates, divorce/death certificates (if applicable), and affidavit of bachelorhood through our secure online portal.

Step 2: Virtual Solemnization

Conducted via secure video call by an authorized priest or marriage registrar. Two witnesses must attend digitally and provide their identification. The ceremony follows all legal requirements of traditional Christian marriage.

Step 3: E-Registration & Certificate Issuance

Marriage is registered with the Union Council & NADRA electronically. Digital marriage certificate issued immediately, with physical copies couriered worldwide. Certificate is valid for all legal purposes including visas and inheritance.
